Verify your email address

Email verification activates the administrator account after manual registration and must be completed before you can sign in.

Purpose

Email verification activates the administrator account after manual Schoolixa registration. You must complete this step before you can sign in.

Audience

Use this guide if you are a school owner or school administrator who registered with email and password and your account is awaiting email verification.

This workflow is not for staff, parents or guardians, students, company administrators, or users who registered through Google. Google registration is covered separately.

Before you start

  • Complete manual account registration.
  • Use the inbox belonging to the email address entered during registration.
  • Remain signed out while opening the verification link.
  • Have the registered administrator password available for the later sign-in step.

Check for the Schoolixa email

  • Open the inbox for the email address used during registration.
  • Look for a Schoolixa email with the subject Verify Your Email Address.
  • Check spam or junk if the message is not visible.
  • If multiple verification emails were requested, use the latest one.

Open the latest verification email

Open the latest Schoolixa verification email in the inbox for the registered administrator email address.

The email may include a fallback link for copying into the browser, but you should not share or publish that link.

Verify your email address

  1. Open the latest Schoolixa verification email.
  2. Select Verify Email Address.
  3. Wait for the Schoolixa verification-status page.
  4. Confirm that the page displays Email verified.
  5. Select Login.

Expected result

Schoolixa displays Email verified and confirms that you can now log in.

Verification does not sign you in automatically. Select Login, then enter the registered administrator credentials.

After successful verification, Schoolixa confirms that the email address is verified and provides a Login action.

Sign in to Schoolixa

After selecting Login, sign in with the administrator email address and password used during registration.

  • Confirm that the complete link was opened from the email.
  • Use the latest verification email if more than one was requested.
  • If the link still does not work, follow Resend the verification email and request another email.
  • If the account was already verified, try signing in.
  • Contact support if verification still cannot be completed.

Next step

After signing in for the first time, Schoolixa will guide the administrator toward onboarding or school setup.
