Sign in to Schoolixa

Learn how school owners and administrators sign in to the Schoolixa school-administration workspace using an existing administrator account.

Purpose

This guide shows school owners and administrators how to sign in to the Schoolixa school-administration workspace using an existing administrator account.

Audience

Use this guide if you are a school owner, school administrator, or the first administrator who created the school account.

  • Staff use Staff sign in.
  • Parents and guardians use the Parent App.
  • Students do not use the administrator sign-in page.
  • Company administrators use a separate administration console.

Before you start

  • The Schoolixa administrator account must already exist.
  • The administrator email must be verified.
  • Use the email address registered for the administrator account.
  • Have the correct password available.
  • If the email has not been verified, complete verification first.

Open the administrator sign-in page

Open the Schoolixa administrator sign-in page while signed out.

You can also continue with Google. Detailed Google sign-in guidance is covered separately.

School owners and administrators use this page to access the Schoolixa administration workspace.

Enter your administrator credentials

  1. Enter the registered administrator email.
  2. Enter the account password.
  3. Use Show only if it is safe for the password to be visible.
  4. Select Sign in.

Sign in

Schoolixa may perform a background security check when you sign in. If the form cannot be submitted, reload the page, check whether a browser extension or network restriction is blocking the security check, and try again.

Expected result

After successful sign-in, Schoolixa opens the appropriate next area for the administrator. A new administrator may continue to onboarding or school setup, while a fully configured account may open the dashboard.

If your email is not verified

Schoolixa may prevent sign-in until the administrator email is verified.

If your credentials are not accepted

If Schoolixa does not accept the credentials, check the administrator email and password carefully and try again.

  • Confirm the administrator email spelling.
  • Confirm Caps Lock is not affecting the password.
  • Use password recovery if the password is forgotten.
  • If Schoolixa asks you to wait, wait briefly before retrying.

Forgot your password

If you do not remember the administrator password, use Forgot Password? on the sign-in page.

Staff sign-in

Staff members should not use the administrator sign-in form. Staff should open Staff sign in and use credentials provided through their school.

Next step

A first-time administrator may be guided to onboarding. An administrator whose school setup is incomplete may continue school setup. A configured account may open the dashboard.
