Operational detail
Permission checkpoints
- ID card templates, generation, student identity print, staff identity print, and print material pages require print or identity permissions.
- Permanent student identity should be generated only after admission is active.
- Print views must not expose hidden internal IDs or unsafe debugging information.
Field guidance
Select the approved school template before generating cards or print material.
Student and staff identity print should use active records with ready QR/barcode identity values.
Use QR/barcode for verification and scanning workflows without displaying raw internal identifiers.
Confirm school logo, name, address, and session data are correct before bulk printing.
Use browser print preview to confirm scale, margins, paper size, and background graphics.
Configure answer sheets, labels, graph paper, and other print materials from the supported option set.
Validation and system feedback
- Print generation validates the encrypted browser-facing record identifier and school ownership.
- Identity print is blocked when the person record is inactive or identity values are not ready.
- Template and media references must belong to the authenticated school.
- Generated print/PDF output should be visually checked before bulk use.
Common mistakes to avoid
- Printing student identity before admission activation.
- Using wrong browser scale or disabled background graphics.
- Uploading poor-quality school logos that make print output blurry.
- Sharing print URLs that include browser-facing identifiers outside authorized users.
Recommended next steps
Screenshot plan
Final public screenshots will use synthetic QA data only. Sensitive values such as names, phone numbers, emails, admission numbers, document numbers, credentials, cookies, tokens, and internal IDs must be removed or redacted.
Important safety notes
Use normal Schoolixa workflows
Public docs explain user workflows only. They do not expose internal IDs, direct database operations, credentials, provider prompts, or private system configuration. Permission visibility in the interface does not replace server-side permission checks.
