Create your Schoolixa account

Learn how a school owner or administrator creates the first Schoolixa administrator account with email and password.

Purpose

This guide explains how a school owner or administrator creates the first Schoolixa administrator account by using the email and password registration form.

Audience

Use this guide if you are the responsible school owner or school administrator creating the first administrator account for your school.

This registration page is not for staff, parents or guardians, students, or company administrators.

Before you start

You must be signed out before opening the registration page.
You need access to the email address entered during registration.
The email address should belong to the responsible school owner or administrator.
You must create a password that meets the displayed requirements.
You must review and accept the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.

Open the registration page

Open the Schoolixa registration page while signed out.

You can also continue with Google. This option is covered separately.

Enter the administrator details

Enter the administrator's name.
Enter an email address that the administrator can access.
Use an email address that belongs to the responsible school owner or administrator.

Create a secure password

Create a password that follows the requirements shown on the registration page.

At least 6 characters
At least one uppercase letter
At least one number
At least one special character
Confirmation must match the password

Accept the Terms and Privacy Policy

Review the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy, then select the checkbox to confirm acceptance before creating the account.

Create the account

Select Create account.
Wait for the registration result on the page.
If registration succeeds, check the email inbox for the verification message.

Schoolixa may perform a background security check when you create the account. If the form cannot be submitted, reload the page, check whether a browser extension or network restriction is blocking the security check, and try again.

Expected result

After successful registration, Schoolixa asks you to verify the email address before the account can be used to sign in.

If the email is already registered

If Schoolixa reports that the email is already registered, do not create another account with the same email.

Use Sign in if the account is already verified.
Use the resend-verification option if the account still requires email verification.

Next step

After creating the account, verify your email address by using the message sent to the inbox for the email address you entered.
